FESTIVAL CONDITIONS
Telephone bookings by Credit Card ONLY. Credit Card is debited at time of booking, and must be produced at time of ticket collection. Festival patrons are encouraged to collect bookings 30 minutes prior to the session to avoid queues.
The cinema box office accepts CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS CLUB AND AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Festival Passes valid only at cinema of purchase, and regrettably cannot be transferred. Sessions must be selected at time of purchase.
Palace Cinema passes and other complimentary passes are not accepted for festival screenings.
Palace Movie Club Members, Alliance Francaise members and students require a current membership card. A current ID card must be presented by the holder personally in order to gain the concession.
Festival tickets, once acquired, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Tickets are available for all sessions until sold out.
All films will commence at the advertised starting times, unless noted.
Dates, times and programs are correct at the time of publication, but may need to be altered. We reluctantly reserve the right to withdraw, change and replace programs without notice.
All non-English films have English subtitles.
All Festival films are restricted to persons 18 years of age and over unless specified. This relates not necessarily to the content of the films, but to the legal requirements of holding the Festival, as set by the Office of Film and Literature Classification (OFLC).
